Stop Then Shop: Une Nuit A Bali
One of my favourite things about blogging is discovering new brands and products, trying them out, and giving you guys the 411. In a new series on TGG, I'll be introducing you to my latest discoveries, with an emphasis on detailing lesser known, niche, and high-quality brands. First up? French favourite Une Nuit A Bali* - a collection of natural fragrance and bodycare products drawing inspiration from its creators' passions for travel, art, and natural beauty, their acute knowledge of plant life, and a love of luxury...
If you're a fan of jasmine then have your purses poised ladies, because here are some products that you do not want to miss out on. Never before have I been so impressed with the authenticity of a floral scent in a product range as I have when using these. Every one has such a pure and natural scent - the result of being a combination of just two ingredients. Minimalism at its BEST.
Le Creme de Corps A rich, silky cream which leaves skin feeling noticeably softer and silkier. Its smooth, absorbent texture reminded me instantly of the formula of Chanel's body lotions (the highest of compliments/comparisons), and the jasmine scent is so intense that it's almost like massaging in a liquidated form of the flower itself.
Le Huile Seche Like the best of body oils this sinks into my skin almost before I've had time to massage it in. Best applied on damp limbs to ensure that a little goes a long way, it leaves skin subtlety scented, smooth, and matte. With a unique blend of vitamins and antioxidants this oil is also suitable for use on the face and in the hair. A do-it-all wonder product guaranteed to revitalise your dry skin.
Le Poudre de Massage The most subtly scented product within the range. I'm always a little sceptical of body powders, but this one was both mess and fuss free - developing a creamier texture as it was applied. Absorbing quickly and without leaving a chalky residue, it left my skin with a matte, velveteen smoothness. Making that old school, post-soak ritual as easy as un, deux, trois.
Le Gel Douche A little goes a long long way with this shower gel which, of all the products, has the strongest scent - the type that lasts on your limbs and earns you compliments all night long. This lightweight, gently foaming gel is formulated to restore the skin's natural barrier, and leaves it feeling soothed and deeply moisturised. PARFAIT.
Le Gommage Intense Not a scrub for the fainthearted, this lightly scented lotion contains thick grains of pulverised coconut and bamboo stalk, guaranteed to show you the TRUE meaning of exfoliation. Use once a week to remove dead skin cells and leave skin feeling soft, smooth, and instantly refreshed.
Le Fleur de Fleurs Eau de Parfum With a sweeter and more complex scent than the rest of the range, this perfume reminds me of a lighter, fruitier take on Chanel No 5. Rich, warm, and exotic - exactly how I'd imagine une nuit a Bali to be.
All of the above products are available to purchase online and instore at Liberty.
Have you tried any Une Nuit A Bali bits before, and if not, which do you like the look of??
