Sunday Stuff #6

Processed with VSCOcam with t1 preset Sunday has rolled around once again, and ahead of a busy week (feat. a trip to London, my graduation, Danny's 21st, and my Dad's birthday) I'm having a relaxing Sunday evening in order to take a bit of a breather in preparation for a few non-stop days and a hella lot of travelling.

After a long hot bath I'll be layering on my latest bodycare favourite, the Korres Citrus Body Milk*. Packed with a nourishing combination of shea butter, almond oil, and aloe vera, this uber moisturing body lotion is best applied when the skin is still damp in order the retain maximum moisture. I'm obsessed with this easily-absorbed and freshly scented lotion, even more so for its adorably dinky travel-friendly bottle.

My face will be treated to a sizeable dosage of the cult-classic Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask, my weapon of choice against dry but blemish prone skin. This light, vanilla-scented mask leaves my skin feeling gently cleansed without the tight, stripped feel procured by some more heavy-duty masks. Full review here.

In order to be truly zen I'll be spritzing on little of my latest scent addiction, Jo Malone's Blackberry & Bay Cologne. if you're on the hunt for scent that's a little bit different then Jo Malone is your girl. With a varied and eclectic collection of scent combinations there is quite literally something for everyone. This deep, tart scent is unlike any perfume I've ever smelt, warm but light, fruity but not sickly - wearing it leaves me feeling at peace like nothing else.

Doubting that there will be time to paint my nails again before my week of madness gets underway, I've chosen a Mavala polish (known for being durable and long-lasting) to get me through the week. Mavala Poetic Rose is a gorgeous deep pink, your ticket to a perfect, pretty, and salon-esque mani in minutes.

My lips have been really chapped of late, so I'll be applying a generous serving of my go-to 'extreme measures only' lip balm. Aesop's Rosehip Seed Lip Cream*. This really is more cream than balm and feels unnervingly like applying a moisturiser to your lips... A tiny tube but pretty darn mighty product, this packs some serious punch when it comes to providing a much-needed moisture boost.

I'll be doing some extreme pinning this evening (my favourite way to wind down), so be sure to follow me (here) for a worthy dosage of Celine, avocados, Nordic decor, and nail art inspiration. I'll also be putting this video on repeat for the 38563849th time (how amazing are Alexa's eyeliner skills??), and finishing up my stash of macarons (M&S, who knew??).

Let me know in the comments below which products you'll be turning to this Sunday in preparation for the week ahead... To read last month's Sunday Stuff post click here, and to stay updated you can follow me on TwitterInstagramFacebook, and Bloglovin.
